The Great Reno Balloon race.

When I awoke this morning I opened my blinds on the 12th floor of the GSR and had the pleasure of seeing an awesome sight.  This weekend is The Great Reno Balloon Race.  I have never been in a hot air balloon, but I am sure it is an awesome experience.  I have never seen so many balloons in the air at once, needless to say it was breathtaking. From reading the website, they say not to miss the predawn glow show, and the cold mountain air is perfect for flight.

Silver State Coin & Bullion

Since I am only miles away from Carson and Virginia City, one can just feel the influence this area has had in the numismatic world.  I stopped by this coin establishment in downtown Reno and was very impressed.  The folks were friendly and the layout was impressive.  I highly recommend them for any of your  coin/bullion needs.
