Everyone love a $100 bill, but my personal favorite has always been the $50 bill.  My Brother and I still talk about the first time I saved up enough money to exchange a pile of ones, fives, and tens, for a $50 bill from my Dad.  Here is a video of the latest $50 note being produced.

Ulysses S. Grant Presidential $1 Coin Enters Circulation

May 19 marks the anniversary of General Ulysses S. Grant’s campaign in 1863 to take the Confederate stronghold at Vicksburg, Mississippi.  Making it a perfect day to release the Ulysses S. Grant Presidential $1 Coin into circulation.  He was the 18th President of the United States of America.  To observe the coin’s release, the United States Mint, in conjunction with the National Park Service, will hold a special launch ceremony and coin exchange on May 19 at the Ulysses S.
