Dom Perignon’s Colorful Tribute to Andy Warhol

I love champagne, not exactly for the taste, which depends on each bottle, but more for what it represents.  Celebration, congratulations, and status sealed within a bottle by a cork.  Waiting for years, and sometimes decades to become the life of the party.  Here we have one of the most prestigious champagnes and one of the most colorful artists, which makes for a great combination.  I would have to say this elite champagne maker did good here.  Warhol was a fan of Dom Perignon, a beverage of choice at his excursions to Studio 54.  So in his honor the Dom Perignon Shield has been given living color, which is a first since it appeared in 1921.  Read on for a “Cool Video” of the famous beverage and artist.
