Grape Chia | GT’s Kombucha

I recently did a post on Cherry Chia Kombucha. But before it could quench my thirst more than few times, the  brew-masters at GT’s have done it again.  They’ve recently released Grape Chia.  No doubt cherry is delicious, but the grape is divine!  Keep in mind chia has more antioxidants than blueberries and more fiber than oatmeal.  Do yourself a favor, pick up a bottle and enjoy!  Make sure to check out all Coinologist Heath and Wellness posts here.

Cherry Chia | GT’s Kombucha

I recently did a post on chia and have done multiple posts on kombucha.  I have integrated both into my daily diet.  So after coming across this new wonderful blend, I must share.  It looks like the brew-masters at GT’s have come up with a winner, Cherry Chia.  No doubt cherry being a delicious flavor all on its own, then brew it up with the super-food chia, which has more antioxidants than blueberries and more fiber than oatmeal?  Make no mistakes about it, this is a wonderful beverage and your body will thank you!  Make sure to check out all Coinologist Heath and Wellness posts here.

Chia | A True Superfood!

I was recently turned on to this incredible seed that is not only amazing for your body, but can help fight against future diseases and ailments.  Chia seed, which you all can laugh about right now, is used on the Chia Pet.  One of those million dollar ideas that someone had in the 1980’s and is still marketed today.  What people don’t know is the Chia Seed is an incredible source of Omega 3 fatty acids, protein, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, calcium, potassium and sodium.  It can help slow the absorption of sugars into the blood stream, actually make you feel less hungry, and keep you hydrated at the same time.  The seeds are turned into a gel by mixing with water, you can eat it with a spoon and it is literally tasteless.  I bought some Chia Seeds recently via Amazon from The Raw Food World.  The business is owned by a couple that has been eating Raw Food for around a decade,  and make no mistakes about it, they have had incredible results.  Now I am not a Vegan or Vegetarian, but I respect their ways.  What I am always looking for are new ways to keep my body healthy.  We only go this way once and anything I can do in moderation to extend my stay, I’m game.  Make sure to check out all Coinologist Heath and Wellness posts here.
