Chile Verde

Well if you like mexican food, you would love this home-made Chili Verde.  My good friend and owner of Lake’s Rare Coins taught me how to make this, but sorry I can’t give up the recipe.  This is the perfect mix of spice and flavor.  A nice serving of spanish rice to compliment the gravy is a fine addition.  My mouth is watering just writing this post.  Yum!
