Safe Find | Antique Cast Iron Safe
Going through my drafts I found this safe which I never posted about. Its ad is long gone, but it said it is a cast iron safe and I just can’t make out the print on the door, poor photo quality! With all that aside it is a seriously heavy-duty safe from the late 19th century. I can make out that is was manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio. Shocker! Having been focusing on higher quality antique safes these days, I just can’t shove aside these not so well taken care of metal beasts that have so much character.
