Kombucha | Organic~Raw~Probiotic

I found Kombucha about six months ago.  It is an amazing beverage, you will either love it or hate it.  Some call it a drink, some call it an elixer, but no matter what you call it, Kombucha is incredible, it’s been used around the world for centuries to help restore balance and vitality.  The brand I fell in love with and continues to be my favorite is GT’s.  I urge you to read through the health benefits.  Here’s the catch on buying Kombucha right now.  This beverage goes through a fermentation process, with that said alcohol is created.  This amounts to about 0.5%, about the same amount in a near beer.  An issue arose that the fermentation process didn’t stop once bottled, and the amount of alcohol content could increase.  GT’s voluntarily pulled their product from the shelves and is researching this.  That’s a huge move, since they did $40,000,000.00 in business last year.  So it’s been a few months now and I still can’t find GT’s on the shelf, but some smaller companies are filling the void at the moment.  I found kombucha at Whole Foods, although most health stores carry it.  Make sure to check out all Coinologist Heath and Wellness posts here.
